PRAXIS

WK 1: Reflect 2x on your purpose-driven activities using the guided recording. Practice Ignatian noting afterward using the following questions:

  1. What struck you or surprised you in your heart-to-heart conversation with Jesus or your friend?

  2. What did you learn or notice about yourself as you related to the person you cared for or accompanied in a purposeful way?

WK 2: Listen to Elizabeth Gilbert’s On Being podcast “Choosing Curiosity Over Fear” and have a conversation with your accountability partner about what draws you and what challenges you about her talk. Feel free to use the questions below as a prompt.

  1. What draws and/or challenges you about the podcast?

  2. What is it like for you to choose curiosity over fear? In which area of your present life do you feel called to shift from fear to curiosity?

WK 3: Using the guided meditation below, pray 2x on the Gospel about Martha and Mary & practice Ignatian noting afterward.

WK 4: Revisit any insight or experience from the past three weeks that you feel drawn to stay with longer. Ask God, “Is there more you want to show me?” & practice Ignatian noting.
