Are you looking for more as you serve young people?
Join us for the first Province-wide formation conference for Jesuits and lay partners who accompany young people and young families across Jesuits West. Over a weekend of prayer, experiential learning, and shared work, we'll shape an Ignatian model for forming servant leaders who are discerning, collaborative, and empowering.
You’ll join an inaugural cohort from Jesuit high schools, universities, parishes, Newman Centers, and social outreach programs to build a network of ministers who support and strengthen one another. Those serving in other ministries connected to the Jesuits or rooted in the Ignatian tradition are also welcome.
Alongside people of many ages and ministries, you'll experience:
Hands-on practice in pastoral skills such as cura personalis, spiritual accompaniment, discernment at the heart of Ignatian leadership, and joyful servant leadership
An integrated Ignatian vision for accompanying people from high school through young adulthood and into family life
Time to connect, collaborate, and build a wider ministry network
Jesuit Fathers Tri Dinh, Chinh (Chris) Nguyen, and John Guyol, along with the Christus Ministries team, will guide the dynamic weekend.
When: The conference begins Friday, November 6 @ 5:00 pm, and ends Sunday, November 8 @ 2:00 pm
Participants are asked to be present for the entire conference.
Cost:
Single Occupancy Room: $250 per person or $258 via PayPal
Double Occupancy Room: $150 per person or $155 via PayPal
Cost includes lodging, meals, snacks, and conference materials.
The Jesuits West Province is covering 60% of the cost for each participant.

Jesuits West Province will help anyone who genuinely desires to participate but faces financial hardship. Please contact Truc-Lys (tnguyen@christusministries.org) for scholarship information if cost is a concern.
