Join us for a weekend as our friends invite us with open hearts and arms into their lives in the impoverished neighborhood of El Florido in Tijuana, Mexico. Together we not only build homes but also share our lives. We grow in understanding of each other's realities as we raise the walls of a new home for a family in need, share meals together, visit a homeless shelter for migrants, and learn about border issues.
When: Friday, October 4, 2024 (5:30 pm) to Sunday, October 6, 2024 (6 pm-ish)
Where: San Diego and Tijuana, Mexico
* Carpool available from Orange County to San Diego. Transportation provided to Tijuana, Mexico.
Who: Ages 9+ (minors under 18 must be accompanied by at least one parent/guardian)
Cost: $175 (see options below) I $182 (with PayPal fees)
Cost includes transportation, food, supplies, lodging, and building materials.

* *A non-refundable $50 deposit is due at time of registration to secure a spot. Deposit will be applied to the total amount of the event. Balance due by 9/4.

* Christus Ministries will help anyone who genuinely desires to participate but faces financial hardship. Please contact Fr. David @ dromero@christusministries.org for scholarship information if cost is a concern.
Registration: Register online using the button below. Please make sure you have a valid passport or are in the process of getting one before registering.
Health & Safety Guidelines: All participants are asked to consent to a liability waiver upon registration & self-screen for symptoms or exposure to COVID (cancel if necessary).
Cancellations: Cancellations prior to 9/4 will receive a refund minus the $50 deposit. For PayPal transactions, a PayPal processing fee will be deducted from the entire refund. After 9/4 no refund is available.
